The feeder can operate in two modes. With WiFi connectivity, you can control it remotely via the app and receive notifications. Without WiFi, the feeder will continue to dispense food according to the last programmed schedule stored in its memory.

Open the mobile app and navigate to the Schedule section. You can create up to 10 feeding times per day. Simply select the time and portion size for each meal. The feeder will automatically dispense food at the scheduled times, even when you're away from home.

Yes, portion sizes are fully customizable. Each serving can be adjusted from 1/8 cup to 2 cups in 1/8 cup increments. This allows you to precisely control your pet's food intake based on their dietary needs and your veterinarian's recommendations.

The smart pet feeder includes a battery backup system that uses 3 D-cell batteries. During a power outage, the feeder will continue to operate normally for up to 30 days, ensuring your pet never misses a meal. The app will notify you when battery levels are low.

The feeder works best with dry kibble ranging from 2mm to 15mm in diameter. It's compatible with most standard dry cat and dog food brands. We don't recommend using wet food, semi-moist food, or treats larger than 15mm as they may cause jamming.

The food container and bowl are dishwasher safe and should be cleaned weekly. Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth as needed. The dispensing mechanism should be cleaned monthly by removing any food residue with a soft brush. Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
